Chantilly Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut potatoes as for fries.
    Place in center of large square of aluminum foil.
    Add cream.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper, parsley and cheese.
    Wrap in foil, tightly.
    Place on cookie sheet and bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
