Baked Parmesan Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small fish fillets
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
    3 green onions with tops, sliced (about 3 Tbsp.)
Preparation
    Roll up fillets and place, seam side down, in ungreased baking dish.
    Mix sour cream, paprika, tarragon leaves, salt and pepper. Spread over fish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with onions.
