Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 egg yolks (or 1 extra egg)
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. clarified butter
    2 Tbsp. brandy (optional)
    1 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    To clarify butter:
    Microwave 1/2 cup butter until butter creates a fluffy, take off top.
    Clear amber liquid is part you use.
    Discard residue on bottom.
