Cheddar And Beer Cracker Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium gloves garlic, crushed
    2 c. (8 oz.) grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. flat beer
    few drops Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt to taste
Preparation
    In blender, combine all ingredients, except salt.
    Puree until smooth.
    Season to taste with salt.
    Serve with crackers.
    Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
