Chocolate Fried Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. packaged biscuit mix
    1/3 c. milk
    cooking oil for shallow fat frying
    sifted powdered sugar
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine granulated sugar, flour and cocoa. Stir in the 1/2 cup milk and butter or margarine.
    Cook and stir until bubbly.
    Cook 1 minute more.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Cool.
