Dutch Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch pie crust
8 c. thinly sliced, peeled and cored cooking apples
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
all-purpose flour
cinnamon
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine, soften
Preparation

Prepare your favorite pie crust mix for one crust.
In bowl, mix apples, sugar, salt, 2 tablespoons flour and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Set aside.
In medium bowl with fork, stir brown sugar, 1 cup flour and 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
With pastry blender, cut margarine into flour; mix until large crumbs.
Spoon apples mix into pie crust.
Sprinkle flour mix evenly over apples.
Cover top loosely with foil.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Remove foil; bake 20 more minutes.
