Peggys Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. ground chuck or ground round
    2/3 c. of oat meal
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    2 lg. eggs
    1 pkg. of dry onion soup mix
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all of the above together well.
    Put in an ungreased loaf pan; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1-1 1/2 hours or until done.
