Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. green zucchini, peeled and grated
    raisins (optional)
    pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Combine oil, eggs, flour and other ingredients, except zucchini and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Then add zucchini and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake one hour at 325\u00b0.
