Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chilled rice
    1 (16 oz.) can drained fruit cocktail
    1 can drained mandarin oranges
    1 can drained pineapple chunks
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. coconut
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. mini marshmallows
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
    Chill overnight in covered dish.
    To serve, stir lightly and place in single bowls on lettuce leaf.
