Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small tub sour cream
    1 small tub cream cheese
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    salt and pepper to taste
    about 10 cubed and peeled potatoes
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes and mash as if making mashed potatoes.
    Use small amount of milk.
    Using an electric mixer, mix all ingredients together.
    Put into a casserole dish and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated through and the top is browned.
