Vegetable Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tomatoes
2 bell peppers
1 cucumber
1 onion
1 pt. mayonnaise
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
3 Tbsp. V-8 juice
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Chop all vegetables very fine.
Heat V-8 juice (a metal measuring cup works well).
Dissolve gelatin in juice.
Mix all ingredients.
Refrigerate 24 to 48 hours (a must).
White bread makes the best sandwiches.
