Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. white or dark raisins
    1/2 c. coconut
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 stick butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and bake in an unbaked pie shell for 35 to 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
