Jalapeno Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 potatoes, quartered
    1 small jar pimentos
    3/4 c. milk
    1 stick butter
    salt
    1 chopped onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, chopped
    2 jalapeno peppers or to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes 5 minutes; drain.
    Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
    Pour into deep dish to avoid bubbling over.
    Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
