Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

round steak, cut into 4 x 4-inch pieces
1 large can tomatoes, mashed
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Flour, salt and pepper\tpieces\tof
steak
and brown in cooking oil.
Then pour in the rest of the ingredients.
Cover and cook slow until steak is done.
Pour over rice.
