Reese'S Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. peanut butter
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
    1 c. chocolate chips
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix peanut butter, brown sugar, butter and vanilla until smooth.
    Add confectioners sugar, a little at a time (you may not need a full pound of sugar), until smooth and spreadable.
    Spread in a buttered 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Melt together chocolate chips and butter over hot, but not boiling, water.
    Spread over peanut butter mixture. Let set.
    Cut into squares when cool.
