Deep Dish Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry active yeast
    3/4 c. lukewarm water
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water; set aside until it bubbles up. Mix flour, salt and sugar in bowl; add yeast and oil.
    Knead 8 to 10 minutes.
    Place
    in greased bowl and let raise to about double size;
    punch
    down\tand
    let raise again (about 20 minutes).
    Roll out to desired size.
