Creamy Beef And Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced, dried beef, finely chopped
1/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1/4 c. dairy sour cream
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. ground pepper

Preparation

Unwrap\tthe cream cheese; put into
1
quart
microwave bowl. Cook in microwave 45 seconds to 1 minute or until soft. Add all other ingredients and stir until
well blended.
Cover and cook in the microwave oven 3 to 5
minutes,
stirring once during cooking. Serve with Melba toast, chips or crackers.
