Cinnamon-Crusted Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. water
    5 medium apples
    1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. softened margarine
Preparation
    Coat an 11 x 7 x 2-inch casserole dish with cooking spray. Pour water in dish.
    Peel, core and slice apples; arrange apples in dish.
    Coat apples lightly with cooking spray.
    Combine the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg; cut in margarine with blender until mixture is coarse like corn meal.
    Sprinkle evenly over apples.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until apples are tender.
