Holiday Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. 2% low-fat milk
    1 (8 oz.) carton frozen egg substitute, partially thawed
    1/4 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. rum flavoring
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    6 ice cubes
    ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine first eight ingredients in container of electric blender; cover and process until smooth.
    Pour into small glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 5 cups.
