Oxtail Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. stew meat pieces
    4 Tbsp. oil
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 c. sliced onion
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, halved
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    2 bay leaves
    1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
    4 whole cloves
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. carrots
    1/2 c. potatoes, diced
    12 small onions
Preparation
    Roll meat in flour.
    Season.
    Brown in hot fat.
    Simmer together with first 12 ingredients for 3 hours.
    Then add vegetables and simmer until tender.
    Good family dinner on cold nights.
