Cucumber Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. lemon jello
3/4 c. hot water
3/4 c. grated cucumber
3 tsp. dry onion flakes
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cottage cheese
2 oz. blanched almonds (slivered)
Preparation

Dissolve
jello
in hot water;
grate cucumbers and add to jello.
Blend cottage cheese and almonds.
Mix the balance of ingredients together and chill until ready to use.
