Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie crust
    4 eggs
    2-1/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    Grating of nutmeg
Preparation
    Scald milk; pour over eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and nutmeg. Mix well and pour in crust.
    Bake at 425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
