Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. each: Jarlsberg and Fontina cheese, grated
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients; work together until smooth.
    Shape into a roll and wrap in waxed paper.
    Slice with a sharp knife in the same manner as refrigerator cookies; place on a buttered cookie sheet.
    Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
    The wafers may, prior to baking, be brushed with egg white and sprinkled with poppy seed, sesame seed, celery seed or more grated cheese.
    Remove from oven; cool on racks.
    Serve warm or at room temperature.
