Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large Vidalia onions
10 to 12 saltine crackers
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
3 Tbsp. milk
1 stick butter
Preparation

Slice onions and pull apart.
Saute onions in 3/4 stick butter until soft.
Crush crackers into crumbs.
Remove onions from pan. Add remaining butter.
Place the cracker crumbs in the pan until coated with butter.
Layer onions, crumbs and cheese in a casserole dish. Finish with crumbs on top. Sprinkle milk over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
