Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    1/2 c. chopped garlic cloves
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 pt. stewed tomatoes
    salt and pepper
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Brown onion, pepper and garlic in butter.
    Let simmer until pepper is tender.
    Add tomatoes and seasonings; boil 10 minutes longer.
    Serve over rice.
