White Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 (48 oz.) jar Great Northern beans
    1 (15 oz.) jar salsa or choice
    1/2 c. sherry
    8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    2 chopped jalapeno peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces and brown with garlic, cumin and, if desired, peppers.
    Add sherry; cook 3 to 5 minutes.
    Add salsa and beans and simmer 10 minutes.
    Add Monterey Jack cheese and stir until melted.
    Serves 6.
