Tex Mex Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless pork chops (3/4 inch thick)
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. salsa (chunky style)
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies (undrained)
Preparation
    In a large skillet over medium heat, brown chops in oil 2 minutes on each side.
    Add salsa and chilies to skillet.
    Lower heat, cover and simmer gently 8 to 10 minutes.
    Serves 4.
    Serve with buttered corn and cucumber and red onion salad.
