Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. macaroni
    1 c. vinegar
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, grated
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 c. mayonnaise
    4 carrots, shredded
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; wash and drain.
    Add vinegar; mix well.
    Mix remaining ingredients and add to macaroni.
    Mix well.
    Chill before serving.
    May want to try mixture with diced, cooked potatoes for potato salad.
