Ingredients

6 lb. Green Tomatoes
3 Green Peppers
2 Apples (pared)
3 onions
3 1/2 tsp. Salt
1 3/4 c. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Cloves
1/2 tsp. Celery Salt
1 c. Vinegar
Preparation
-
Slice tomatoes, peppers, apples and onions.
Add salt, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves and celery salt.
Cook the mixture for one hour then add vinegar.
Boil until thickness desired.
Put in jars while hot.
