Green Chile-Turkey Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans cream of mushroom soup
    8 fresh green chiles or 1 large can diced green chiles
    1 c. sour cream
    leftover turkey, cooked and diced
    oil
    30 tortillas (corn or flour)
    2 or 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix and heat the soup and chiles.
    Stir in sour cream and turkey.
    Bring a little bit of oil to simmer.
    Soak each tortilla in oil to soften; drain.
    Spread a large spoonful of soup mixture on each tortilla.
    Roll up and place in a baking dish.
    Grate cheese over top.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
