Italian Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 qt. spaghetti sauce
    1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    24 jumbo shell noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown beef and onion. Drain well. Stir in spaghetti sauce.
    Simmer, uncovered, about 30 minutes.
