Chicken Rotel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled and deboned
    2 c. celery, chopped
    2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    2 c. onions, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    1 small can mushrooms, finely chopped
    1 pkg. vermicelli
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped (juice and all)
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Boil chicken until tender and debone. Cook vermicelli in chicken stock.
    You may need to add a little water.
    Saute onions, celery and bell pepper in margarine.
    Chop cheese into chunks.
    Mix all ingredients together, including cheese; microwave a couple of minutes until cheese is melted. Place into baking dish and bake 20 to 30 minutes.
