Apple Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. peanut oil
2 c. sugar
3 well beaten eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. nuts
3 c. chopped apples
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine in large bowl the oil, sugar and eggs.
Sift flour, salt and soda together and add to first mixture.
Add nuts, apples and vanilla. Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
