Almond Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onions
1 Tbsp. margarine
6 eggs, beaten
1 c. light cream
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. sliced toasted almonds
1 (9-inch) pie crust
Preparation

Cook onions with margarine until brown.
Mix eggs, cream, milk, flour, salt and nutmeg.
Put cheese and almonds in pie crust.
Pour egg mixture over cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
