Microwave Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. red wine (optional)
    8 uncooked lasagna noodles
    2 c. cottage cheese
    3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook ground beef on stove or in microwave; drain.
    Combine beef, spaghetti sauce, water and wine.
    Spread one-third of mixture into microwavable 12 x 8-inch dish (lightly greased).
    Arrange 4 noodles on sauce.
    Layer 1 cup cottage cheese and 1 cup Mozzarella cheese.
    Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Cover with plastic wrap and fold back one corner. Microwave at 50% power for 32 to 35 minutes (turn dish after 15 minutes).
    Uncover; sprinkle with 1 cup Mozzarella cheese and cook 2 minutes more.
