Ingredients

3/4 c. skim milk
1/2 c. rolled oats in powder form *
1/2 c. corn meal
1/4 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation

*Place oats in blender.
Oats will turn into a powder.
