Sauteed New Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

new (red) potatoes, washed and cubed
broth or water
Watkins Herbs de Provence or rosemary
Preparation

Wash and cube enough potatoes for your group.
Place in an electric skillet.
Add broth halfway covering potatoes.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 5 to 7 minutes, just until tender, but firm.
If necessary, drain excess broth.
Spray tops of potatoes with nonstick spray and sprinkle generously with seasoning.
Increase heat and saute until potatoes begin to brown.
