Fish Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. ginger ale
3 Tbsp. Bisquick

Preparation

Lightly coat fish with 3 tablespoons Bisquick.
Mix 1 cup Bisquick, salt, egg and ginger ale until smooth.
Dip fish into batter and fry.
