Cracker Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. saltine crackers
1 c. chopped sweet pickle, drained
1 small jar chopped pimientos, drained
1 c. chopped onion
1 medium green pepper, chopped
5 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Crush crackers and put in
a large mixing bowl.
Add all ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate in covered container for a couple of hours before serving.
Do not freeze.
Keeps well for several days refrigerated.
