Easy Crock-Pot Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 pkg. carrots
    5 or 6 potatoes
    3 or 4 stalks celery
    2 onions
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of onion soup
Preparation
    Brown stew meat in 1 tablespoon oil.
    Add carrots, potatoes, celery and onions.
    Add soup and 3 cans water.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook 1 hour on high in crock-pot, then turn down heat and simmer until tender.
