Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 1/4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Cream
shortening, sugars, eggs and peanut butter until light and
fluffy.
Stir flour into creamed mixture and blend well. Drop
by
teaspoon,
2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet. Bake
in 375\u00b0 oven 10 to 12 minutes until light brown. Remove from pan.
