Buttermilk Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 sticks soft butter
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Mix eggs and sugar with mixer.
    Add flour, soft butter, buttermilk and lemon extract.
    Pour into pie shells and bake at 350\u00b0 until set.
    Makes two 9-inch unbaked pie crusts.
