Squirrel Fricassee(4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 squirrels, cut into serving pieces (may use rabbit, coon, possum)
    3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper on sheet of waxed paper and dredge meat pieces.
    Brown in a large skillet in bacon drippings over low heat.
    Add broth and simmer for 1 hour, or until tender. Add salt and pepper to taste, if necessary.
    Serve with dumplings.
