Potato And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    5 c. water
    3 c. cubed potato
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    10 oz. frozen peas
    1 qt. milk
    16 oz. cubed Cheddar or American cheese
Preparation
    In a large pot, saute onion and celery in margarine until translucent.
    Add water and bring it to a full boil.
    Add the potato and chicken bouillon and simmer until potatoes are cooked. Add all remaining ingredients and continue to cook at a simmer until the soup is heated through and you have a homogeneous mixture.
