A-B-C Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 large onion
    1 can vegetable soup (ABC kind)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. frozen, mixed vegetables (optional)
    4 or 5 potatoes
    salt and pepper
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Brown hamburger with chopped onion.
    Drain off fat.
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    In large casserole, begin covering bottom with part of cooked hamburger-onion mixture.
    Follow with a layer of raw potatoes, sprinkle parsley, salt and pepper on potatoes. Spoon on 1/2 of can of vegetable soup, add a layer of hamburger, then more sliced potatoes and then rest of vegetable soup.
    Put last of hamburger on top and pour mushroom soup over all.
    Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0, until potatoes are tender.
    Frozen vegetables may be added with vegetable soup.
