Cinnamon Jawbreaker Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. white sugar
1 c. light Karo syrup
2 c. boiling water
1 Tbsp. cinnamon flavoring
red food coloring
powdered sugar
Preparation

Stir sugar into the water until dissolved; add syrup.
Do not stir.
When mixture cracks (hard crack), remove from heat.
Add cinnamon flavoring; add red food coloring. Stir quickly, outside! Pour onto greased cookie sheets.
Cool, crack and dust with powdered sugar.
