Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. paprika
1/2 c. white sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 clove garlic, smashed
1 c. ketchup
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. butter

Preparation

Simmer all ingredients.
Pour over meat and bake for about 1 hour.
