Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Thaw hash browns.
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into an oiled casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Top with cheese, if you prefer.
