Bull Shot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. V-8 vegetable juice
    1 c. Swanson clear ready to serve beef broth
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. prepared horseradish
Preparation
    In a 4 cup glass measure, stir together all ingredients. Cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave on High for 3 minutes or until boiling.
    Makes about 2 cups or servings.
