Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. grated zucchini
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. nuts
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about one hour.
Yields two loaves.
